SHIPPING
Mary O’Sullivan Design is based in Limerick, Ireland. All orders are packed with care using compostable mailing bags and environmentally conscious packaging. We use An Post’s tracked service for all deliveries to ensure your items arrive safely.
- Ireland & UK: Orders are shipped via An Post.
- EU: No customs charges apply for deliveries within the EU.
- International: Orders shipped outside of Ireland and the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties. We cannot take responsibility for any charges that may apply. • If your destination isn't currently listed at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note: We can only offer tracked shipping for international orders.
Delivery Timelines (estimated):
- Ireland: 2–5 working days
- UK: 5–7 working days
- EU: 5–10 working days
- International: 7–14 working days
Please allow for potential delays during busy periods or due to customs processing for international orders. For non-Ireland and EU, please check for contact from the postal service/ courier regarding the customs clearance of your order before contacting Mary O’Sullivan.
RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each handmade or carefully curated order. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please email us at info@maryosullivandesign.com to discuss.
- We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and ideally in the original packaging. You must include your order number, name, address and reason for return on a piece of paper with the products to qualify for exchange or credit note.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please allow up to 21 days to receive your exchange or credit note.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not cover return shipping as we aim to encourage more mindful purchasing, in line with our sustainability values. This policy also reduces unnecessary shipping, which helps minimise environmental impact.
- Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage and use a tracked service where possible.
- Please do not return multiple orders within the one return. The multiple return order can be not accepted. If you want to do this, please first contact info@maryosullivandesign.com
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or PDF patterns
- Custom-made or commissioned artwork
- Workshop tickets or bookings
- Embroidery kits that have been opened or used
- Hair pieces, accessories or face coverings.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
